Last Minute Mother’s Day Picks

Hi all!

If you’re anything like me life can just throw a curveball ball at you and WHAM, hit you straight in the nose! In the chaos of everything going on around me I suddenly realized OH my gosh, how is Mother’s Day already THIS SUNDAY?! Geez Tara, not again. Y’all I have a ginormous two month wall calendar downstairs, my iPhone calendar, AND a paper calendar I tote around and I still manage to let the days creep up on me.. how?! One of these days I’m going to be in the market for an assistant.. in all seriousness.

So in my last minute craze of rounding up something adorable for my cutie pie mother, I’ve found some pieces for all of the other mothers out there who keep us going.

My mom, like me, is a huge sweet tooth, so I’m always safe with anything sweet! Finding an adorable box of pretty chocolates always adds just the right touch! We also share very similar taste I’d say in just about everything: shoes, movies, food, perfume, style.. you name it. Mom has been known to eye a purse or two of mine and I’ve definitely swiped a pair of shoes or five in my day. I think if you took away the lashes and the colorful makeup (clearly talking about myself), Mom and I are pretty much twinks- I don’t think I mind it one bit!

Whether your mom or mother figure is on the go, a coffee addict, loves a simple scarf, entertains in all seasons, or absolutely lives for a great pair a jammies (mine does!), make sure you give that woman all the love she deserves and more. If there’s anything I cannot stress to you enough it’s how very precious our time with our loved ones truly is.. especially those who helped nurture, support and protect us.
