The (Swim) Suits of Summer – How to Choose your Swimsuit
Does anyone get nervous when swimsuit season rolls around? For as long as a can remember I’ve gotten all the wrong types of feels when the weather starts turning warmer, and why is that? Swimsuits come in all shapes and sizes and are just about as cute as they can possibly get and yet – they are terrifying. IĀ hate that anyone should feel squeamish because of an article of clothing.
For one thing – we as women need to start professing more self love andĀ self compassion. We nit pick and easily spot all the negatives in our self image, Ā how about focusing on all the positive? Swimsuit season more than anything brings out those ugly little voices that pick apart all the things we don’t like about ourselves. Secondly – it’s all about finding the suit that suits you and makes you feel entirely confident about having fun in the sun! After all, what do you need to have a beach body? A beach and a body.. or some water and a body perhaps. I’m good with that. Add a fun drink with a little umbrella and you’re golden!
So for today’s suit, let’s talk support .. chest support that is. Now I tend to be a little on the bustier side so I’ve chosen a one piece suit with underwiring that is both supportive and flattering. Whereas my smaller chested gals might choose a petite triangle top which will actually enhance the bust. I have 4 more fabulous suits to show you all so stay tuned!

I so agree with needing to have more self love especially when it comes to bikinis. I must say you look beyond fabulous in these photos. Your bathing suit is the perfect combination of support where it needs to be but still sexy and ultra flattering. I really love your sandals as well! oh, you look so gorgeous in that swimsuit. I am still not comfortable with swimsuits. Good thing that in my country, it is totally normal to wear rashguard and shorts to the beach.
