Every day that goes by, every hour, and second, weā€™re all getting a little older.   1. I lke your mindset here. I personally have a holistic view of health and find that staying active, eating well, and engaging your mind are key parts to maintaining wellness across you lifespan. That said, I do think it’s important to go to the doctor and dentist for check-ups and cleanings. Beyond that, we need to be our own advocates for our physical and mental health and take care of our bodies so they will take care of us.
