To let you see a little more personal side of me: I finished my MSN in Healthcare Systems Management from Loyola University New Orleans this May. Woo!
Don’t get me wrong.. I love fashion, but my heart belongs to my patients by far. These past several months left me feeling like my attention was partially split between school and my job, it’s such a relief not only to celebrate my crowning achievement, but also to devote the amount of care and detail my patients and program deserve. Pictured with me are other Dallas nurses, all of whom represent various facilities and specialties throughout town. Growing (and sometimes crying) with these people was an experience I’ll never forget!
To my darling momma (who was SO cute in her printed pants), you’ve taught me everything and pushed me to never settle (even in severe moments of self pity). I love you so very much.
