Can you guys believe it’s October?
This month is crazy packed – and I’m not complaining! I officially became “Professor Fuller” yesterday, such a weird feeling but so cool at the same time! The day started off a bit hectic – I meant to get up at 5am and woke up at 7 (my class starts at 8), yikes! Classic mistake of setting the alarm for 5pm instead of 5am…. total case of the Monday’s. Fortunately, I leaped out of bed, super-man style got dressed, and made it to campus by 0730. The day went well, other than me feeling like a complete mess.
My doctorate is definitely feeling a little more time consuming and a wee bit overwhelming, but overall it’s going well. I’m narrowing down my topic for my scholarly thesis/project and have started my clinicals -so I’m a busy busy bee! I’ll beĀ veryĀ anxiously awaiting Christmas break!
I’m also very excited to announce my official YouTube debut – yes, I’ve braved the channels of video –Ā finally. There’s so much to share in my life that doesn’t always capture as well on Instagram or blog format, so this should be fun!
Did I mention building a house? My joy definitely isn’t described well in words – but it means we’re finally going to be under one roof again, after manyĀ many years! This will be the first time we’ve ever built a home, and the process is already intense. There are so many things to pick out/plan/design – the possibilities are endless! All things considered, I feel so fortunate to have this to look forward to and have a hard time still believing it’s real. Fingers crossed, July/August should be the tentative completion timeframe.
